The pkg::name items of every reexport! (#1910). Host-only.
collect_r_wrappers writes roxygen2’s re-export block for each
pkg::name once, however many items name it, and
write_r_wrappers_to_file refuses a name re-exported from two packages
or bound by the package’s own wrappers (reexport_conflicts).
