Collect all R wrapper entries, sorted and deduplicated.
Each type’s impl blocks are first merged into one class fragment
(merge_class_blocks, #1776); a conflict between them panics with every
problem found. The reexport! blocks are one more fragment
(reexport_fragment). Entries are then ordered by sort_wrapper_entries: priority
first, then source file, then source line. Within each priority group, S7
class definitions are additionally topologically sorted so parents are
defined before children (S7 parent = X requires X to exist).
Host-only — wasm32 doesn’t run wrapper-gen.
