The @source provenance line for a generated documentation block, or
None unless the crate opted in with [package.metadata.miniextendr] source_tags = true (#1552). On a shared Rd page the tag collects one
paragraph per function, so it is off by default; the # Generated from Rust fn … (file:line:col) comment above each wrapper stays as the
navigation pointer. Every emitter goes through here (or the two
specialisations below), so the knob has one implementation.
