Function inherits_params 

fn inherits_params(tags: &[String]) -> bool

Whether the author’s tags inherit the parameter docs from another topic: @inheritParams source, or @inherit source whose field list includes params (roxygen2 inherits every field when none is listed). roxygen2 fills only the arguments the merged topic leaves undocumented, so a generated line would block the inheritance.
