Opens a roxygen line of a class’s roxygen block that a doc tag written on another impl block of the type replaces: a generated @title, @name, @rdname, @export, constructor @param or R6 @field. The wrapper writer drops the line when another block’s ClassWrapper::class_docs have the tag (for @param / @field, for the same name), and otherwise keeps it without the prefix. Spelled the same as miniextendr_api::registry::CLASS_DEFAULT_PREFIX.
