Refuse a LazyDots parameter on a trait method (#1892), in any shape: the trait declaration (#[miniextendr_trait]) and a trait impl. A trait method’s arguments cross the vtable as values its shim converts with TryFromSexp, as for &Dots, which trait methods don’t take either; LazyDots is the generated wrapper’s frame, which has no such value.
