The crate default of the type-derived R-side checks (preconditions),
None when unset.
Read by the impl-block and trait-impl generators, which have no single
item to hang a manifest error on; a malformed table reads as unset here and
is reported as a compile error by the first #[miniextendr] function,
which goes through crate_config.
