The API replacement for testing ATTRIB. R 4.5.0 added it: R 4.4’s
libR does not export it, so a package that references it fails to
load there, and it is declared only when building against R >= 4.5
(r_4_5, #1905). SexpExt::has_attributes works on R 4.4 as well.
Unlike attributes(), it ignores the tag names of a pairlist.
Checked wrapper for ANY_ATTRIB. Calls ANY_ATTRIB_unchecked and routes through with_r_thread.
