Order wrapper entries for emission: by priority (the load-order dependencies between sidecar accessors, classes, functions, trait impls and vctrs methods), then by source file, then by the line the item starts on.
Within one source file that is source order, so the @description
paragraphs and \usage entries roxygen merges onto a shared @rdname /
@describeIn page appear in the order the Rust file defines them, not in
link order (#1476). The sort is stable, so entries generated at the same
file and line (a macro_rules! expansion) keep their registration order.
