Opens a generated line of a class’s roxygen block, in ClassBlockEntry::head or ClassBlockEntry::class_doc_lines, that a doc tag on another impl block of the type replaces: @title, @name, @rdname, @export, a constructor’s @param or an R6 @field. The writer drops the line when another block’s class_docs have the tag (for @param and @field, for the same name), and otherwise writes it without the prefix. Spelled the same as miniextendr_macros’s CLASS_DEFAULT_PREFIX.
