Macro defer_condition 

macro_rules! defer_condition {

}

Queue a plain R condition (rust_condition layering, silent without a handler) and return normally; signalled when the surrounding guarded call or callback returns.

Same grammar as crate::defer_warning!. Useful for progress or audit events a caller may opt into with withCallingHandlers().
