Queue a warning to be signalled when the current guarded call or callback returns; the call still returns its value.
payload supplies the message, the user classes (prepended to
rust_warning) and the data fields (w$<name>). See the
module docs for the R-side behaviour and defer_warning!
for the macro form.
A later Err does not cancel this warning. To avoid warnings on failure,
queue after the last fallible step; see warning placement.
